About Odyssey

Odyssey is the first program in the Czech Republic which provides a cross-company and cross-functional mentorship program for future female leaders. It is a non-commercial mentoring project supported by female and male leaders, which creates an ideal platform to match aspiring Czech talented female professionals with experienced mentors.

Our vision

In the long-term, Odyssey hopes to establish a culture of mentoring in the Czech business and provide a center of excellence for the development of Czech female leaders.

Our Objectives

• To uncover the potential of Czech female professionals
• To increase diversity of the Czech business environment
• To significantly expand the pool of Czech female business role models for the future.

Odyssey was launched in March 2010 under the leadership of Muriel Anton (CEO, Vodafone CR), with the kind support of Top 25 Women in Business*, Petr Šimůnek (Chief Editor, Hospodářské noviny), Jan Bubeník (Executive Partner, Bubenik Partners) and Pepper de Callier (Founder, Prague Leadership Institute).
