Desired Mentor Profile
Successful and widely respected business leader who is a CEO or in a board level position. A person who is willing to share skills, knowledge and expertise, demonstrates a positive attitude and acts as a positive role model in professional standards & conduct. An Odyssey mentor takes a personal interest in Mentee’s personal and professional development, grows the individual by building her confidence, enhances her education and expands her professional networks. The role is for people who are good listeners, know how to empathize with others and have a personality that makes mentoring genuinely satisfying.
Desired Mentee Profile
A talented female professional with a high potential and a personal desire and commitment to career development; with the company CEO or HR Director nominating her to the Odyssey program; currently one to two levels below board level. An Odyssey Mentee is expected to take responsibility towards the program and her Mentor’s time and to be open, proactive and positive during her mentoring experience.
